If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

WARDED TO AURORS EXCL. TRAINEES AND WIBLIN.
Tracked Rosier to a group of Death Eaters. The Order was already there when we arrived and there was not opportunity to contact the DMLE prior to this. I will be at St Mungo's for the rest of the evening. It may make sense to look into any other St Mungo's arrivals this evening, as there were a sizeable number of people present.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
Have we all made it out all right? Everyone ought to check in, whether or not you were there. I will be in St Mungo's, but if anyone needs assistance, I suggest you avoid St Mungo's, per usual. The Aurors will undoubtedly be watching those who arrive and with any luck, we'll catch a Death Eater or two in the process.

We are also now able to confirm that Rosier is a Death Eater. The Auror Office is aware of this and will likely be taking their own course of action soon enough, so we all ought to proceed with caution and make sure none of us are there when they do.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
I'm sure you've all heard there's been an arrest by now. After interrogating him, it seems whatever is happening in Tinworth may have been caused by an object that fell from the Death Eaters in the air and caused the explosion. We do not know what the object is. It could have been a magical bomb and these are the intended results, or this could all be some unintended effect.

Either way, Gibbon has said he doesn't know what the object was. That doesn't mean he doesn't know, of course. In time, maybe he'll be more wiling to make an educated guess. Maybe if any of us has access to Tinworth, we could try to get a sample of the soil near where the blast occurred. Maybe Dedalus could identify what's in it and help us find something to treat it.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
Which one of us, if it is one of us, is behind this attack on Orion Black and what the hell happened? I don't think I need to mention how careless it is to attack some one in the middle of Diagon Alley, let alone telling that person you're a member of the Order. I know tensions have been running high the past few days and understandably so, but that is no excuse to endanger the rest of the Order or yourselves. That said, I think we all know as much and I'd like to think none of us would do such a thing and for all our sakes, I hope that's the case.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
Whoever is at the safe house right now, leave. The Aurors have just been notified a Dark Mark has been cited very near to the safe house's location. We'll be leaving the Ministry in a matter of minutes to investigate. Do not leave anything behind and when you are safe, report back to us and tell us your location.

The same goes for the rest of you. Locations. Now.

WARDED TO THE DMLE EXCLUDING TRAINEES.
We've apprehended a wizard, Bradley Madley, who has confessed to the attack. Yes, that's his real name. Or at least the name he gave. He's in one of the holding cells waiting for some one to interrogate him. I've taken away his wand if some one wants to take over from here. I assume he'll be cooperative, but one can never be too sure.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
Some one's confessed to the attack. He's been officially placed under arrest. Frankly, I find the whole thing suspiciously similar to the Burbage girl's case. The man was just as upset, but readily confessed. In the meantime, if anyone hears anything about Emmeline's condition, I'd appreciate if that were shared as immediately as possible.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
It seems we've isolated the cause of all the trouble with wards lately. We need to test this to be sure and it seems, pending confirmation on what the first person who choked was talking about at the time, that all the ward issues are related and have something to do with saying that name.

We need people to volunteer to run the tests. As soon as possible. We'll need potion in case of choking, some one who can put up the wards quickly, a place where we can do this and keep track of all the changes in security measures and several people, in case the Death Eaters attack. We have no doubt this is what is causing the journal malfunctions, but we need to confirm the others. Then we can think about the how and why.

WARDED TO THE AUROR OFFICE.
A few minutes ago, I apprehended a witch near St Mungo's who appears to have murdered a Muggle woman. It seems to have been a clean slice to her neck, most likely with a Slicing Charm. The witch was there with the body and admitted guilt without duress. She was able to tell me her name was Charity Burbage and that she'd snuck out of St Mungo's without having been released by a Healer after being attacked last night. hen I spoke with her, she was crying, but fully in her right mind. She knew what she'd done and admitted it. Additionally, there was a Dark Mark at the scene of the murder. It would appear she made the mark herself, but examination of her wand will verify that further. She is currently in a holding cell in the DMLE. Quite a bit seems off to me about this case.

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
I had an interesting conversation with Auror Scrimgeour recently about the wards in his office. It appears he's been having issues similar to the ones the Longbottoms have been having. He suspects it's due to a leak or perhaps a Magical Maintenance employee under the Imperius Curse, but I am not quite sure. It sounds to me as though something functional is happening with the wards, or perhaps 'dysfunctional' would be more apt terminology. He also mentioned his office shook when it happened. Frank and Alice, have you been noticing any shaking recently?

WARDED TO THE ORDER.
In light of Gideon's choking episode and considering the Goldstein kid mentioned something markedly similar, I would strongly recommend we all check our food and water for contaminants for the time being. It can't hurt to do so at all times -- one can never be too careful -- but if this is due to an allergic reaction or perhaps even a low-grade poison, we cannot risk others becoming ill. As much as possible, prepare your own food and don't leave the ingredients lying about. Does anyone know if Gideon and the Goldstein boy may have eaten or had something to drink from a common source? If there's a connection between the two, it might do us well to note it. In the meantime, be careful. Might be handy to keep a sneakoscope in the kitchen.

It appears I am in the mood to hand out helpful advice this afternoon. While I am doing so, I would like to remind everyone that wands are not to be kept in one's back pocket. If you enjoy your buttocks where they are currently located, keep your wand in the pocket of your robes. Likewise, particularly for gentleman, if you enjoy the rest of your anatomy as is, I would also suggest you not store your wand in the front pocket of your trousers. I do not know the potential results of that particular mistake, but I do not wish to find out under any circumstances.
